For the past 16 years, I’ve been on my own health journey—experiencing both seasons of strong discipline and times where sticking to my goals felt like a struggle. For the last 3 years, I’ve been helping men reclaim their health. It started with friends and family, grew into coaching at a local in-patient men’s facility, and has now become my mission through Habit Fitness Coach: empowering fathers to build sustainable strength, energy, and vitality.
