Health isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s personal, complex, and constantly evolving. I know this firsthand. For the past 16 years, I’ve been on my own health journey—experiencing both seasons of strong discipline and times where sticking to my goals felt like a struggle. That lived experience is what allows me to coach with both empathy and authority.
For the last 3 years, I’ve been helping men reclaim their health. It started with friends and family, grew into coaching at a local in-patient men’s facility, and has now become my mission through Habit Fitness Coach: empowering fathers to build sustainable strength, energy, and vitality.
